Your information is accessible only to David Rively, the host and administrator of Thailand 2027. It may be shared with third parties strictly as required to fulfill trip logistics, including but not limited to:

• Hotels, for check-in and room assignments
• Airlines, for domestic flight bookings within Thailand
• Tour operators, activity providers, and excursion companies that require guest names or waivers
• Transportation providers for transfers between destinations

Your information will never be shared with any of these parties for marketing or promotional purposes - only as necessary to deliver the services included in your trip.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely in our email and administrative systems. We take reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorized access. We retain your information for the duration of the trip and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.

Your Rights

You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting the trip administrator directly. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, simply let us know and we will remove you promptly.
